Return requests are only eligible within 10 days after the date of delivery for the product. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, your request won’t be eligible for authorization.

Products are only eligible for return if:

The packaging of the item is tempered before the delivery.

The product arrived late from the estimated date.

The product received is damaged or defective.

The product is not as described on the site.

The product differs from the mentioned size on the site.

Goods that have a low margin cost and are priced under Rs. 350 are not accepted for returns. Only in the case of a damaged product received, the customer is eligible for the return.

If the customer dislikes or doesn’t require the exemption from return product, the buyer shall ship the product to our given address and bear the shipping charges from the courier company. A refund would be initiated for the same after the product gets received at our warehouse.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require an honest & valid reason from the customer.

  • The customer must provide us with the pictures in case a tempered, damaged, defective product is received.
  • The customer is required to put the product in the same packaging it was received in.
  • The customer must provide us with a week to arrange for the reverse pickup.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we receive the product at our warehouse.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit amount will automatically reflect in your account, within 3-4 days.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@furnifry.com and send your item to Aakar Complex, 1, University Rd, Keshav Nagar, Ayad, Pahada, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should ship your product to Aakar Complex, 1, University Rd, Keshav Nagar, Ayad, Pahada, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 10,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
